“Decent, you get what you pay for. If your looking for quiet, clean and minus riff Raff, pay more. Staff is nice, room is decent, ain't too bad. Prolly a little above Motel 6 and Red Roof up the street.”

“Room was super clean and very quiet. Staff at the front desk were very friendly. Location was very convenient to the interstate. Was exactly what I needed after driving for fourteen hours.”

“This hotel was finishing remodeling. Upon arrival, the front desk worker was flirting with house keeping worker. No problems with check in or getting keys. He was less than helpful when I asked where the best place to park to get to my room easily (I’m handicapped) and how to get to the pool area. He did tell us about the places to go for good food, including their bar and grill. Got to the room and relaxed and unpacked, etc. decided to leave and get something to eat.. walking past a room and we hear the front desk guy and they housekeeper having sex in one of the rooms. Not ok. I was only at hotel for one night, I was in surgery and stayed in hospital for five days. My husband heard the front desk having sex with different housekeepers in different rooms… so how clean are these rooms getting with his man jam all over the room. It’s fucking gross (no pun intended.) Friday my husband had to switch rooms, no reason why (probably the new bang room for the day.) their room key system wasn’t working so no one could be issued a key to their room. Unacceptable! Front desk had to use his master key to let people in their rooms. I’ve never had issues like this at a Best Western. … my husband called to alert you of your staffs distrusting, outrageous behavior, but I’m confident you don’t care as long as some is there to collect the money. you guys are now dropped down to a Red Roof Inn Status. You used to be comparable to a country inn or a holiday inn, but never again Worst Western. ”

“Balconies were out of order to our room, dirty hot tub with moss growing in it, wall paper peeling in bathroom with mildew in shower. Drinks in the lounge were too expensive for the half of drink I recieved.”

“Pool is good but was very cold. The jacuzzi is heavenly. Especially on my achy muscles. The halls are quiet and clean. The breakfast is good and fresh waffles you make yourself are absolutely delicious and hot! The layout is awful because the breakfast area is all over the area in wierd sections. Waffles here but butter way over across the room, etc. Coffee is weak and watery but always available and hot. The fitness center is small but it's there. The lobby couch seating seems to never be used or sat in, wierd I think, but the TV plays very soothing positive music and visuals. Ahh, feel the zen. The TV in room is huge and nice to watch. The remote however doesn't provide any guide to channels so it's hard to know what is on what channel. The chair on room is very comfortable and stylish and classy. The desk area is great for work. Bed is comfy but I'd suggest bringing your own pillow because theirs are so wierd and lumpy and small and squishy. Water pressure on bathroom faucet and showerhead is lower than my preference but manageable. The laundry area is excellent: brightly lit, uses quarters, works perfectly, kept clean. Overall this place is super clean. I do wish the pool area was not so steamy, it set off the fire alarms twice because the sensors detected so much steam. Fire trucks came, etc but it was just a matter of airing the space out. We didn't have to evacuate at any point. It's such a good area for walking to get a bite to eat, with Oakland Gyros being the best in the area, but Culver's, Qdobo, and Starbucks are right there nearby too. The best part of staying here is the pool, the blissful quiet, and easy location near the airport and for those taking the local bus. For the money they charge, you get a lot of bang for your buck. Also, you can bring your furbaby too if needed. Meow or bark. The staff is mostly good but only had one bad experience with my first night, the young male working overnight was very rude and argued with me and hungup on me at 3am when I complained about the loud neighbors. It was only one time, so I let it go. Luckily the breakfast staff are AWESOME. Those hot fresh waffles are truly the best. ”
