“I loved it here! The check is was super easy and staff wonderful, the lobby is wonderful with a bar/restaurant and art studio to look at! Location perfect for downtown and still close to the airport. Rooms were uniquely decorated and very clean! ”

“At check-in, some debate about payment with different amounts than my booking. My booking was prepaid and nonrefundable 10 days before. ?!? First room, AC did not work. 77-78 deg at night, got room change and upgrade. In the new room heating did not work. 67 deg, rather cold. Suffered through it. 4 pillows per bed but tucked in, hard and looked like sofa decorative pillows. Took a while to figure out we had to unravel them. Otherwise all good. Wifi working, good shower, good breakfast.”

“For the most part morning cleaning staff was helpful except 1 guy that was there after hours that was still doing nothing but walking around drinking coffee conversation with guests. Pull out bed was filty and couldn't get a replacement mattress and no other room available other than a double room that didn't lock. Overall our stay was acceptable. The kids stayed in the pool most of the stay ”
