“This is a wonderful hotel! It far exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was very clean, the view was fantastic, the staff was very friendly and eager to assist. It was overall a great plan and my family will definitely be returning.”

“Everything was good would recommend but the girl working the front desk was rude. I’m in customer service and I know people won’t come back when they are treated that way. I will but she is going to cost you customers. ”

“The minute you come into the vicinity of the hotel you smell MJ all over, people smoke in their rooms and it’s just omnipresent. Staff seems to be new or outsourced and don’t really know how to approach and do basic processes (e.g Check-in). As soon as your in you get approached to sign up for Hilton honours and suggested to listen to a 90min vacation home Spiel to receive free points. The hotel is dated and very basic. Location is not too bad at the pier. Breakfast is included and offers basic selection of eggs and sausages and waffles. Unfortunately (or fortunately) we had to cut our stay short.”
