“I'd say that if you want to be close to the action but not have to deal with the noise of the french quarter this hotel is located perfectly, close to the french quarter (easy stroll) and Frenchman street is literally right behind you. And it has a nice pool which is great to use. The bedrooms are basic and small, could do with some more space to put up your clothes, but for the price I have no complaints and the staff were very nice as well.”

“Booked last minute over Jazz Fest. The room was fine, but the floors were dirty and it looked like no one had cleaned between the bedside tables and wall/behind the bed in a while. The temp control knob on the shower was barely attached, the towel bar was broken off the wall, and the safety lock above the doorknob was also broken off. That said, our stay was still pleasant and it was nice to have the degree of privacy we did on such short notice. ”

“We loved staying here! It was like a condo. It was immaculate. It feels kind of magical with the courtyard. It is furnished with pretty antique furniture and has nice linens. Bathrooms are fully modern and remodled. Beautiful French doors open onto the street from both bedrooms! There is a nice sitting area to enjoy the view. We loved staying here and could easily walk to anywhere we wanted in the French Quarter! ”
