“I really enjoyed talking to the staff working the night I stayed. Very Friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms were very clean and the view looking downtown was pretty amazing. The cleaning ladies were not knocking at our door at 10:45 rushing us out of the room. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.. ”

“The hotel is easy to get to and within short driving distance to Old Market, the zoo, etc. The staff was friendly, good breakfast and the indoor pool was heated which was so nice! Would definitely stay here again and would recommend!”

“Room wasn’t cleaned or stocked properly, pool is very small, hot tub didn’t work, pool bathroom was atrocious with towels clothes and trash all over the floor, splash pad and slide(not into a pool) were good for the kids 10 and under but the older ones were bored and wanted to leave within the hour. When speaking to a manager we were just told we could go somewhere else but they were the only water park. Then ate breakfast the next morning just to get seriously sick to the stomach within an hour of eating. Won’t be back. ”
