“Amenities listed for room type did not match up with room. I selected a handicap room with 2 queens and a walk-in shower because my wife's friend can't step over the tub rail. We got there went up to the room and not only was it a tub but not handicapped at all. Went back down to desk and they said they didn't see the H on reservation so showed them the exact room type on my reservation on my phone so they changed our room. We got in the new room on another floor and it was handicapped but still had a tub. My wife's friend tested getting in with the rails and was able to get in so we just stayed there. They were remodeling and the room we were in seemed to already be remodeled. Unfortunately it didn't appear they spent any money on the beds. They were hard as a rock and all three of us woke up sore the next morning. The only good thing was it was near Orlando Health hospital which is why we booked it. Not worth the price ”
