“Big name resort but room was nothing like the pictures. Went to hotel restaurant and the only server/bartender ignored me for a good 10 minutes as I sat at the bar. Continued to have to flag him down. Beautiful pool and awesome views. Without the good deal to stay there, we would’ve picked somewhere else for sure.”
