“This hotel has some good qualities. Yeah sure there are some bad things. But most of the employees here deem like they actually do care. Just that alone. I've stayed at this hotel many times and the staff all have been pleasant to work with. They actually do seem nice. Now as far as the ok hotel itself. Well there are some issues. The place is a little run down. But I have noticed that they are remodeling the rooms slowly. Which is good. The housekeeping department needs to pay a little more attention to details in the rooms. But over all they do a decent job. Now for the area... This has nothing to do with the hotel itself, but the area is s bit scary. From the homeless wondering around to the drug addict hiding in the stair wells getting high. This can be intimidating and scary. I have noticed that the hotel has security walking around the property which is great, but they need to be proactive and watching out for such characters. This would help cut down on the situation in the area. ”

“Rooms is great size and had all necessities BUT not checking all the appliances on my 1st day was wrong cuz stove didn’t work n so I called but never received a called back or neither was informed if it was fixed or not. Didn’t get name of gal who took my call BUT I would think they would check all the appliances before renting room out. Speaking for my selfs, this is the major reason on why I stayed here cuz it has all appliances needed. N well Customer Service never called back or anything after my call letting them know of my problem with stove. ”

“Everything good except water Hot in morning then mid afternoon lukewarm then hot again late afternoon 😞 to take a shower ”

“Just looking for a place to rest my head for the night and when i woke up in the morning there were roaches all over kitchen n bathroom signs posted every on site about them doing exterminating guess those are just for show”

“I liked it there is no deposit, and it is pretty peaceful and not overwhelming with too much interruptions”

“Never have towels. I'm starting to see roaches in my room idk where they started coming from. The bed skirts haven't been changed in years cause they are stained and dirty as hell!! Toilet kept getting clogged. The whole sink fell out the casing and fell on my friends foot and blood was everywhere when notified the manager he says all he can do is fill out an accident report and possibly call the ambulance.. This place needs to be bought by serious owners/business man cause this is crazy...”

“Very good hotel the only thing is they need to have another set of washer and dryers for the public to use”

“For what we paid, I think we could have gotten better. The room was ok but there were stains all over the carpet, in the hall, one side of the bed was caved in. The breakfast bar was ok”
