“When we checked in, they assigned us a room that wasn’t even ready. Blankets on the floor beds were stripped, without covers, pillows are everywhere. I called front desk and had to walk all the way to the lobby just for them to assign us to another room which looked like they rushed to put together. We ended up checking out that same day. They didn’t even try to make it right. My granny who’s supposed to stay with us ended up driving home because she’s not comfortable. ”

“They are trying but first room had sink that the drain was stuck closed and hair in sink. Second room had dried pop stain across the ceiling over bed and someone’s socks in the closet. Staff was nice. Bed was comfy. Towels were good. But hard to overlook the other issues. Above a Motel 6 but below a HI Express. ”
