“The Main area was nice. The room was ok until i seen 2 gross bugs crawling on the cups on the bathroom sink (R). The bed was lumpy and the air conditioner was super loud so you could not hear the tv”

“The staff people were great and very helpful. There is a table with coffee and tea available 24 hours a day. The room was very clean. Thetr was luggage dollies available. The inside is very well maintained. The hotel is very convenient to the airport. There is also a van shuttle. The breakfast time is 7 to 9 AM. There was scrambled eggs, sausages, waffle maker, bread, muffins, bagels, two types of cold cereal and banana and apple.”

“I was very very very impressed with Ms D (pardon me if i haven't got the name right) and GM Mr Gary. Arriving late in a foreign land as a solo female travellor, Ms D has been very patient and helpful providing information and assistance. Mr Gary was very helpful when I had to wait for my friends to arrive and was worried about not having enough room to rest, he has kindly allayed my anxiety and helping me to get settled down so that I can ease my mind while waiting. Thumbs up to the great team! The hotel breakfast was great too.”

“The Hilton Home suites in my opinion is not worth the money. Upon arrival my room wasn't ready so I waited 30 mins to be put it an handicapped accessible room which was ok. Then as I was watching television I hear a loud thumb then running and jumping. Apparently the walls are paper thin because I herd children playing as if the were in the room with me. Lastly the brochure says breakfast ends at 10 am well it ended at 9am. Not a great experience. 😣”

“Went in and left early tv didn’t work, used soap in sink area, bugs on the bed was told to grab bug spray and figure it out tried to thought it might work we didn’t have anywhere else to go as we were traveling memorial day weekend woke up covered in huge bites and left immediately. Spent my weekend taking iv antibiotics. Thanks ”
