“The breakfast was good. The shower had not been clean; there was hair all on the shower wall. The carpet has not been vaccum; there was a dead bug on the carpet. The toilet was low.”

“When we got there I checked in for the whole group. Left the keys at reception. When the others got there they were asking for another deposit.. When I got in my room there was a nasty dirty diaper in the trash that stunk up the whole room. I was very aggravated at this point..”

“Staff were very nice at check-in and check-out. Room was good and exactly what I needed for a one-night stay on a business trip.”

“Floors are not mopped, simply dust mopped. Roach infested. Approached the staff 4 times about such problems and never was it handled. I even spoke to a manager and he ignored the issue and never got back with me regarding this matter. I had been staying there since Jan of this year and due to my house burning down, I would've stayed longer. But, instead, got a studio apt to avoid the infestation. I contacted their corporate office but they simply stated that they would refer it back to its location manager. Nothing has been resolved. I dont recommend it when you have roaches crawling up your leg or baby ones running across your arms and face when laying in bed or asleep. So No to recommending this facility.”

“The hotel itself was so perfect. It was our toddlers first trip away from home and we had all the amenities we needed! The only downside is that there is a lot of construction around the hotel currently and it was tricky getting to and from. ”
