“Everything was perfect, couldn't have been better! Stayed here the night just to make things easier to get to the airport in the morning, and was very surprised at the accommodations! I lived in the city for a long time and never realized what a wonderful gym this was! Not only will stay here in the future but will recommend it to any of our friends flying in from out of town. A big shout out to Marirla Escobedo, who was so helpful getting us some needed paperwork printed that we needed ASAP. She helped take the stress out of our trip! Pool was great for our adult kids & our grandson too. So happy indoor since weather here is so hot. The price, for San Antonio, in such a convenient location was unbeatable! Very good breakfast, hot, tasty & lots of choices.”

“Pros: The rooms are spacious, staff is friendly and breakfast is free. Cons: The rooms are extremely outdated and ours had a very musty/smoky odor. The chairs have chunks of upholstery and foam missing. All the furniture was scratched and clearly has been through hell. Breakfast was probably the worst quality wise that we’ve had at a hotel that includes breakfast - runny eggs, undercooked potatoes, but it was free. WiFi was not working upon arrival and unknown when it will be fixed. Would not stay with this chain again, for the money ($289/night for a 2 bedroom suite) we expected a bit more quality. ”
