“The hotel is right up against the freeway. I would not recommend this place due to freeway noise. It's almost as the walls are made of cardboard. The beds were so comfy and the staff was sweet, but the building needs to be rebuilt with thicker walls and windows so you don't hear the freeway traffic as much. ”

The facilities were top-notch, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness was good, and the overall experience was fantastic.”

“Top-rate in everything except for the spartan breakfast. There's little I would eat of the few items available. There's a toaster, butter and jam--but no bread, English muffins or anything but bagels. No pastry save for one variety of packaged muffin, no hot food, no juice, no tea. Next time I'll take a package of English muffins or a loaf of bread with me.”

“ A bare bones, no frills, adequate place to stay for a short visit to Santa Rosa. The room was clean with a slight smell of disinfectant and was in good shape. Room is basic with a king bed, 2 chairs, desk, small table, night stands, and dresser, microwave, coffee pot and fridge. There is a nice, new looking walk-in shower with glass doors and the sink looks new and modern with a big mirror that lights up. The air conditioner worked well but as with most hotels, it was pretty noisy. There's an ironing board but no iron and to my disappointment, no hairdryer. We went to the office at 8:0 am to ask for a hair dryer but the office was locked. A $100 deposit on our credit card was required in case of any issues or damage - something new for us. The room worked for us for our one night stay at one of the lower priced options in Santa Rosa in a nice neighborhood.”
