“Inside room was clean. Outside can look a bit sketchy. There is train noise that would disturb light sleepers. Did like that i could push table against adjoining room door for extra security ”

“The the staff members were super nice, knowledgeable about the local area and friendly. The facility was clean and met our expectations. The only negative was the elevator. It made thumping noises and quite unsettling to use!!”

“The Indian woman clerk is very rude. I had returned from being out with family due to my father's passing. When I went to the restroom, all the towels, including the ones I hadn't used, were gone. I asked," If you can, please note that all towels were taken out of the room, so I'm not charged." She screams at me in front of others that are in the lobby. I told her several times, "Why are you yelling at me for asking you to make a note about missing towels?" She said, "The towels were needed upstairs, and don't you have your own." I was very upset, and when walking away, she ran around the counter saying, "You're the one that's yelling!" While she yelling. I returned to the room very upset, returned to the front desk, and took her picture. After taking her photo, she changed her behavior towards me. She became friendly and asked, "If I needed help?" The rest of the staff was very friendly from the start to the end of my visit. I will recommend this hotel if she changes her behavior because the rest of the stay is very pleasant.”

“This hotel is good for a single night. Mattresses and pillows need to be replaced. Some of the worst pillows ever. Coffee pot did not work. Television wasn't working properly. Hair dryer needs to be replaced. I hope this is a work in progress. D”
