“Could be better but could certainly be worse. Decently priced for the location. Breakfast is a little skimpy and one of the housekeepers just walks in without knocking.. overall not a bad spot though. Do some research and you can find a good deal too”

The lashings inn&Suits, in Windsor Locks is always a great place for me to stay!! The staff is wonderful and the complimentary breakfast is great!! “The building looked neglected like the hotel was closed. When I tried to check-in, the clerk two calls while I was waiting. The public restroom & pool were closed, no lights in stairway to go to second floor, no ice bucket and some furniture was broken. When I checked in, he asked for a $100 deposit for damage as security but my credit card would not be charged if no damage. When I arrived at the Dallas airport, I saw that the hotel did post the $100 charge. I called them& could not explain but they would credit. There was loud music & some disturbing people hanging around. ”

“Booked this hotel just to walk in to wait 30 minutes just to check in. Huge wedding reception going on (reception hall right in the front lobby) with young teenagers running around the hotel who were there for a softball tournament. Took our daughter swimming in the pool and went to give her a bath after before bed, just to find out that there was not hot water. When I went downstairs to complain to the front desk, she told me there was nothing she could do as they had a lot going on at their hotel that night but she could give me a discounted price on my 2 night stay. Upon checking out, my credit card was charged the full fee (no discounted fee as promised) and I was charged for 3 nights. I’ve called the hotel 6 times, looking for a resolution, and the only response I’ve been getting is “the manager is really busy.” I understand the world is short staffed, but to have one manager for an entire hotel who cannot even reach back out to me is just ridiculous. Such an easy fix and it now has to result in a negative review (not like they care anyway). It’s been 2 weeks and still no resolution. Absolutely appalled at the “hospitality” of this establishment. Would not recommend. ”

“It was quiet but I. Could not sleep. Staff complaint about sage or spray . Calling and waking me to ask. I do not smoke at all. But was made uncomfortable by the constant calling. Roaches found in first room. Second room same . No one wants to be constantly monitored like that when they ar sleeping. I just wanted to get rid of scent in room”
