“We were very satisfied with our stay. It was great to be able to bring our West Highland Terrier and have her be welcome and the accommodations pet friendly. My only complaint for the weekend was the ridiculous water pressure in the bathroom. It was so poor we decided to wait until we got home on Aunday morning to shower. Our Saturday shower was very disappointing. ”

“We had not visited Wisconsin Dells since June 2019. We usually stay at the well known resorts but wanted to try something different. So hubby and I decided to try Staybridge for the Labor day weekend. I will say, the hotel was clean. I was not aware of resort fees for a hotel , but ok everyone is trying to make money since the pandemic. The stay would have been fair except for the noisy exhaust equipment over the 4th floor room. Very noisy. I immediately contacted the front desk, who sent staff. During their first visit, it was stated it was the refrigerator, then it was stated, it was air conditioner. I turned the air conditioner off, it was usually noisy. Staff came back to my room and stated they didnt here nothing but the refrigerator. When the compressor turned off on the refrigerator, it was stated the room under was using their dish washer. I asked for another room, I was informed the Hotel was sold out but they could give me a smaller room. ( No reduced price offered. I paid prior to arrival) I called the third party company, who I made the reservations and spoke with Dave, he called Staybridge and was told by Kristan, Staff Supervisor the noise was from the air conditioner. I informed him I turned the air conditioner off it was still noisy and it was the exhaust equipment on the roof. Dave also informed me Kristan stated, if I check out before 4 pm tomorrow, they will charge me for one day and issue a refund for remaining days. This would have been fine but this was Labor Day weekend in Wisconsin Dells. I could not find (and I tried) last minute accommodations at a reasonable price, therefore, we stayed and endured by staying in the bedroom with all doors shut and a set of ear plugs. I give management a low rating because Kristan, staff supervisor or a manager did not make an attempt to contact me but sent the above message via Dave from Agoda. During the stay, we tried the free breakfast on Saturday morning. The food appeared to be ”

“We were there for a couple of nights and it was spacious. The bathroom was long and spacious as well. The big thrill for us when staying there was the pool. However, it did have a lot of chlorine in it, and we had to get out.”

“The hotel was excellent, as well as the breakfast, but a group staying right across from us partied until 5 am and kept my husband awake all evening. Scary dudes, which we didn’t want issues with, nor did we want the young staff to have to confront. Bummer, as otherwise it was amazing.”

“Schedule ourselves to see a concert at Crystal Grand Next Door. Excellent place to stay, nice accommodations and just walk across the parking lot to get to the venue next-door.”
