“Nice and clean hotel room, spacious for our family of 4, fresh smell towel and bed linen, bathroom clean bright and spacious too. Comfort bed. Hassle been always on deposit/incidental which sometimes annoying when its too rigid and have to be "credit card/card" and no cash, especially when we arrived night time, exhausted (check out next morning) but still waiting issue whether card get through/not (ps. Though room has paid in full online) Sometimes we hopped on many different hotels and each held deposit and due to different country/bank system sometimes my deposit not quickly back to my account (sometimes it back in weeks due to different banking system), and this make heavy on credit cards. Hotels may need new breakthrough policy for this thing and please consider the easeness and convenient of guest, specifically for those who paid room and stay overnight only.”

“My mother just moved to New York and this will be my home away from home. Everything was great especially the breakfast. Room was clean and great size. Kitchen was equipped with everything I needed. Hopefully the pool will open soon. Thank you for a great first trip to New York ”

“The Hampton Inn was a good stay for the one night. The room was large and the necessities for staying were met. The breakfast included in the price I paid was OK but it could have been much better. I didn’t come for the breakfast but for the closeness to my place of interest I was visiting. It would have been nice if the front desk would have allowed me to check in 1.5 hours early but the room was not ready. They need to have available coffee in lounge and to have better options for breakfast like more fruit, better pastries, couple of more waffle makers…(Had to wait in long line to finally get to one). In all, it is a nice place to stay, just don’t go for the breakfast”
