“The Resort and Marina at Scrub Island was beautiful. Most of the staff were very friendly just a couple of staffers who seemed to not enjoy their jobs as much as others. Negatives: there was no one to tell you about things you can do. We learned of a private chef dinner at the chef's house on the island from other guests not the resort. It was absolutely wonderful and I would recommend it to everyone. We loved watching all the boats come in and out and it was very relaxing and a great getaway. Older kids above age 7 would be bored. ”

“We loved our stay. Staff was great. Particularly loved Taylor at the pool bar and Manager Thomas. He lead by example and never hesitated to jump in when needed. Super pleasant. Lobby staff very helpful. Gym is small with no free weights but gorgeous view to work the machines. Beach is beautiful and super private”

“Glad we booked 2 nights to this unusual stay. We could afford it because we booked 24 hrs in advance and the price was deeply discounted. It was fun for a short stay, but not a lot to do on the Rock. There were a few water sports for the adventuresome. But so many boats in and out, you should have some skills in this department. There is no beach, pool or gym. Basically 2 restaurants/bars, pool table and Jenga, and only about a dozen rooms. Staff is great and they do provide a free shuttle to go to Bitter End beach, and a few other stops along the bay. ”
