“Check in staff very friendly and accommodating. Beautiful green gardens. You can't park close to the accomodation so there is lots of walking with bags. Beautiful pool area with amazing loungers and swing chairs, pool was a bit green. Breakfast was very disappointing, you would expect a lovely buffet but have to order on a menu. ”

“Apart from not delivering the bare necessities, it wasn't suitable for relaxing, too noisy,, burnt light bulbs, plug sockets didn't work, no soaps, not really higienically clean upon arrival, overall poor. ”

“Needed a mini break cause of water restrictions on Joburg and had a pleasant stay at Houghton Suites, just a stone throw away from home. The receptionist ans door man were exceptional and allowed me to view other suites. Definitely booking the penthouse for a birthday celebration in future. Our room was comfortable and spacious at an affordable price and we enjoyed delicious food from the hotel restaurant which also had amazing staff. ”
