“I booked a Deluxe Queen Room with Balcony/Terrace and a Queen bed, which was not honoured. It was a small double bed, no comforter so could feet the springs (and my partner as tiny bed for us) We were also put right up against the West's Club Air conditioning system units which ran all night at full pump through massive exhaust pipes and structures which were (even through the enclosed room with no windows) unbelievably loud. Pool was lovely, facilities were all neat and tidy just a shame to book in advance, pay more than competitors due to location and balcony options, to only have the opposite delivered. ”

“The motel was easy to find, and instructions received were easy to follow. I did find the pla e a little impersonal without actually seeing any staff or other people. If you require undercover parking, get there early as there is limited parking on-site, although there is close street parking”

“Stayed 1 Night at The Tudor Inn Hamilton. Basic rooms and ensuite but it's all we needed for the night. Small balcony was a nice surprise. I've stayed in a few Alloggio properties, all with a remote check in system, and every single time I have needed to get in contact multiple times to get the details needed to access the property. For this stay I was required to fill in the online check in information multiple times before needing to contact the property again to get the access codes. A more streamlined system would improve this frustrating hassle that marks the start of a stay with Alloggio.”

“The bad: When I booked the room through Agoda for 2 nights, the site stated parking was available, the fact that charges applied was buried in the small print at the bottom of the page. I therefore only became aware of the charges when I checked in. The lady at reception advised that parking was $15/day when I enquired about the price, and took my credit card details. When I checked out, the man at reception that the charge was $25/day. I advised him that I was told differently when I checked in. He stated that the system was down at the time (maybe it was, maybe it wasn't) and he would adjust the charges when the system came back up. Unsurprisingly, I find that my credit was charged at $25/day in lieu of the $15 that I was quoted initially. Despite emailing them about this issue, they can't even be bothered to respond or refund. The good: The room was clean and comfortable, good bed, good TV and wifi. Restaurant onsite and fast food near by. Close to railway station”
