“I’m totally disappointed as apartment is not clean and the water heater is not working. I booked apartment for 7 nights and no one came to clean apartment. I have asked them many time about water heater but no one care or support. What makes me really disappointed that I came to know that they have 3 buildings. 2 are new and 1 is old with bad furniture and they put me in old building without any cleaning facilities above of that my check out should be on September 30 before 11 am and I came to handover the apartment key at 9:44 am but no one was there to take key. Then I was waiting till 12 pm as they working from 12 pm on Saturday but no one came at all. I wait until 5 pm no one came. I have key apartment and I don’t understand as I have flight and where should I leave the key!!!!!! ”

“They give wrong pass code to enter the apartment.. I contacted them with their three numbers and no one answered then sent an email.. It was so cold and I have my kids with me and waited for long time until they responded to my email and give me new pass code to enter the apartment.. Also it happened again after three days and the door wouldn’t open for the same reason wrong pass code and it was late night .. Not recommended at all Stay away from this apartment ”
