“Everything regarding this hotel booking was excellent, specially express check-in and check-out, cleanliness, location etc. But the staffs knowledge and behavior was very poor, I booked two separate room, one for two adults another one for three adults, three adults room included a extra bed during booking. During our sleeping time we informed the staffs regarding extra bed, but they were irresponsive. Then I called them, they asked me for extra price for extra bed and arguing this matter several times and told me that my Booking was only for room without extra bed, then I told them to re-check both the booking with request, then they confirmed me the booking was room with extra bed and provide me extra bed without any apology. ”

“Hotel is comparable to standard western hotels . The breakfast was outstanding , possibly the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever had and I’ve stayed at some really nice 5* hotels . These guys out did it all . Only let down was being woken up randomly by a staff member asking if I wanted a room upgrade. Although they ment well I found it inconsiderate to wake up a sleeping guest . ”

“Plus: Staff support, behavior was excellent throughout. Outside noise: none/ negligible. Cleanliness maintained still. Availability of this type of room with two single beds. Delta: Wifi: room wifi was not available. IT service was not available to fix this. Staff made an alternate arrangement for us to connect to WiFi. Water wastage: when shower was turned on, water was still coming out the bottom tap as well as through the shower at the top. Taking shower was not a problem, but water was being wasted. When pointed out, maintenance was able to take steps to stop water wastage. ”
