“On arrival, I was asked to pay again and the receptionist didn't even seem to know of Agoda. When I was shown my room, there was ZERO running water in the bathroom. I notified reception who said she would turn it on and I then had a dribble in the sink. The next morning, when I tried to shower, there was again ZERO water out of either taps. I did not have time to notify reception again and then try and shower in a dribble of water before my flight, so I left. When I told reception about the water issue, I got a very half hearted "oh I'll turn it on" and then as I walked out a less than half hearted "lo siento"... I am extremely unimpressed at a hotel not having any running water and even less impressed with the customer service in response.”

“my room was a bit antiquated, i got the impression that it was probably in one of the older buildings that comprise the total property. Nonetheless, it was clean and spacious so i adjusted to it. Every other aspect of the property was great. The pools were clean and accessible. The beach is lovely and was in the backyard of the hotel so easy access. The food and drinks were appealing and delicious. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. I would book it again.”
