“Since it was our first time in UK , this was one of our experience we won’t forget . We were getting late , I texted the property in afternoon using local Wi-Fi we will be late beyond 10 pm . No reply or acknowledgement . Evening 9:30 I called borrowing phone from my friend , lady was so rude and denied the check in and refund . It was so ridiculous. We were having dinner in a restaurant and this lady on the phone said , since you guys are having party and she can hear music . I was shocked to hear . I explained her we are having dinner and got late . She didn’t hear anything and was rude . Plus didn’t refund our money . She kept on telling me she has been emailing me . I didn’t receive single email from her . I WOULDN’T Prefer anyone coming from far distance or another country to book it . Very UNWELCOMING ”

“The hotel location is reasonably convenient to the city Centre within walking distance of 15 min. The room is small but clean. However the bathroom is not well equipped without any plate to hold the shampoo or shower gel. The water draining was not good. My room had no hair dryer. Also there is no air conditioner and fridge which is not acceptable in Summer. However, the staff was very friendly. They also offer wonderful and delicious breakfast. ”

“The hotel is self is set in beautiful surroundings with a great view of the lake and steps leading down. The bar isn't cheap. A pint of coke is £4 plus, red bull around £4 plus also. Breakfast was OK. Toast, pancakes, croissants, small Danish pastries. There was a selection of cereal, juices hot drinks. There is no cooked breakfast. This has to be ordered separately and paid for. The staff are very polite but you can Not check in before 4pm and have to wait in the lounge / bar area. So don't arrive early. The free WiFi doesnt reach ever room.. Over an OK stay.
