“The room was large, comfortable and the mattress was great. We really like this area.”

“Location was good and they have a party shuttle that takes you to Stockyards which was convenient for what we were there for but there was no hot water in our room the first night. Tried several other rooms' water temp and decided not to move because staff said should be warm by end of night after they worked on it. However, you had to leave water running before every shower to get any type of warmth to it. Also, the shower curtain wouldn't stay closed so there was always water in the floor and the tub wouldn't drain properly. Was told Maintenance would look but after our 3 days was up it still wasn't fixed. Keys had to keep being reset. First day and half. They kept saying don't put by magnet or phone(which we wasn't). We travel a lot. We don't typically have that issue. Staff at desk first night was helpful and tried to fix water issues even though was out of her control. So was convenient and good price compared to others in area but then in turn you pay for what you get . ”

“Nice indoor pool and breakfast ”

“The picture showed a beautiful pool with an inground, hot tub. I chose this hotel because I like La Quinta and I was doing a lot of hard work moving and wanted to be somewhere with a hot tub.. When I got there, the hot tub had been filled in with concrete And a table and chairs were set over the spot. They put on a very good breakfast. The rooms were clean and insect free. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The parking lot was a bit of an issue. It was very tight to move around, and my car was actually struck by another Guest of the hotel. On the first two floors there was only one working ice machine. They had a workout room which was adequate. All in all, though there were a few problems, I thought this was a reasonable hotel to stay at.”

“Our stay last night had a few drawbacks that they received from us. The customer service at this particular location came through. My drawbacks were addressed completely and some of them were not negligence on their part. Some things in business just happen beyond their control. Yet they were concerned and thoughtful. Not the way customer service in many businesses are done today. We felt heard and respected. We felt like important customers to them. We feel we will always be La Quinta followers. Always take the time to give any business an opportunity to hear you before trashing them. Find out if they truly deserve it. After a long day of things you may dealing with, melting into a La Quinta bed, clean and soft with classy surroundings and your pets being allowed with you will help you to gather strength for accomplishing what's needed. So many hotels are kept clean, are not cared for and take your strength away. Hospitality is not their belief. If they don't take care of your surroundings, they will not be hospitable to their customer. The are the ones in the wrong profession. ”
