“Stayed here for 3 nights. Had a great stay. Room was very clean and spacious. Reception woman at check-in not very helpful. Didn't tell us times of check out or breakfast. Basically gave us the key and told us the room number. Not a smile or welcome! Getting ready to leave and I think it was the manager come hammering on the door like a mad man. Said it's check out time told him okay that's fine we are leaving but we didn't get told the time when we arrived. Looked at me like I was stupid and walked off. 2 minutes later he's back again hammering like no tomorrow. My husband told him we are leaving now again and he scurried off! Staff definitely need some customer service skills but cleaner girl was so sweet and does a great job! Would recommend this place due to the rooms and happily stay again ”
