“I left my Gucci sunglasses next to the TV after check out I straight to the airport and leave for my trip outside the state then I remembered I forgot my sunglasses I told my friend to call but they said nothing there ”

“Staff exceptional. People staying there ghetto. Free breakfast, had everyone taking plates of food out to their room, off the premises...etc. Saturday morning 8am breakfast, no bacon, sausage biscuits. Little scrambled eggs. I grabbed coffee and watched as plates of food disappeared. Like I said, ghetto. Only one lady replacing food. Need at least 2 people working a buffet Saturday morning. Facilities great. Staff great. Hotel really nice though. Just the attention to details missing. Buffet should be in dining area only. Not sure I'd go back....have to think about it. Hotels can't decide who stay their, so not their fault if guests are sub-par. Just the world we live in now unfortunately. ”

“Rooms are very nice. You can tell they’re old by the hallways but the rooms are nice renovated. Only things is there are roaches everywhere. We switched rooms twice and both rooms had baby roaches all over. Would be a great spot if there were no roaches. Rooms are very spacious, kinda like a mini apartment. ”

“Despite the location surrounded by freeways you aren’t able to hear the traffic which is great! Surrounded by a variety of food locations that are walkable. Cleanliness and comfort of the beds surpass your expectations for the price. ”

“I get to a basically empty hotel. Get put in a room where the toilet is just running and running. I ask for another room so I could sleep because the running toilet was very loud. The girl behind the desk was rude, not helpful at all and not sure why she would be in customer service with that disposition. Every single issue being raised she refused to be at all helpful. Then her supervisor fixed it and the other guy at the front desk was helpful as well. My lady shuttle bus driver was amazing though. I can completely see why this place is basically empty. ”

“There was an issue with my check in. The staff who checked me in couldn’t find my reservation. I even showed them the confirmation email but that was no luck either. They weren't using all the resources to help. Like, do you not know that I may be left without an accommodation for the night? They showed complete lack of customer service. In the end, I had to contact the Agoda customer service myself. The customer service agent, Jennifer, was a huge help. With her helpful advice, I was able to have the different staff try again. It seemed they had to go to a different server to find my reservation and thankfully, they found it. Perhaps the previous staff was new so they weren’t familiar with what to do but they could’ve asked someone superior for help and been more understanding of the situation I was in. I was in an unfamiliar city, already stressed out for the next day and to add to that, I had to deal with an issue with my accommodation. It was overwhelming and extremely stressful. I hope nobody has to go through that kind of situation. Other than that, the hotel room was totally worth it for what I paid. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Just the customer service from the staff wasn’t there. ”
