“It was clean, the beds and pillows were nice and the staff was great. They do not have a spa, massage therapist or any of that stuff that was advertised though, just a pool, hot tub, sauna and gym. ”

The location is convenient, and the property has a modern, stylish feel. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it a perfect place to relax after a busy day. It’s a bit on the pricier side, but the quality of the space and amenities definitely make it worth it. Overall, a solid choice for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Houston!”

“I would like to start by recognizing Ashley, as she was very professional and patient while we worked through some issues with the booking. She was by far the most personable and relatable staff member we met. She, is the one reason we would come back, honestly. There was another associate with an Asian dialect that answered the phone late night and was there when we checked out. She was very hard to understand and did not understand what I was saying because, all I was asking, was, "what the blinking Red light on the room phone meant?" She kept asking me is there a problem with your room and said "I dont know what that light is". I asked to speak to another associate and she either did not understand me or was just too busy and started speaking to another customer while on the phone with me. I hung up. She then sent the maintenance guy up to our room to find out what was wrong with the room. I told him nothing was wrong with the room, it's the blinking red light on the phone I need to find out about. He also said he did not know what it was for. I placed the DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door before going to sleep the night before as I don't like to be bothered while I am getting ready to leave. Housekeeping knocked anyway at 11AM.. very loudly and when I answered, she said what time you leave? I said at noon as required. She proceeded across the hall to another room with another DO NOT DISTURB sign and did the same thing!! I know they need to prepare rooms for the next guests but that should not allow them to bother current guests and rush us out. That, if anything, would keep me from going back. I have also accumulated multiple fees from Marriot and IHG on my bank account now. Why???”

“The overall rating of the room I would give 3/ 5 stars because the pillows were flat and I had to ask for clean bed linen, which the front desk staff made sure to get done. The overall rating of the hotel’s amenities and staff, 4/5 rating. There was confusion due to using a 3rd party app for booking and it took a few days for the hotel and the booking app to resolve the charges on my credit card. I would advise anyone who doesn’t book directly with the hotel to make sure additional charges aren’t being added for the duration of their stay. The complimentary coffee was great! ”
